Boat of Souls is a project that developed in the beginning of Covid-19 Lockdown.
The boat is out there under full sail, heading for more and
the wind of inspiration continues to blow!
Any musical soul out there in the world is invited to join the Boat!

All the artists involved would like to offer up this video as a thank you and a small token of gratitude to all of the front line and essential workers around the world out there risking their lives every day. Without you getting through this pandemic would be impossible. Our lives are indebted to you! We truly hope that this collaboration serves as inspiration to everyone for the new year that lies ahead and always.

LITTLE BIG BEAT STUDIOS
Jazz & Classic
During the lockdown all concerts in the Tangente and all studio live sessions in the LITTLE BIG BEAT STUDIOS had to be cancelled or postponed indefinitely. Instead of burying their heads in the sand, Karl Gassner of Tangente and studio owner Little Konzett joined forces to create an extremely ambitious studio concert series in record time, the likes of which had never been seen before:
The JAZZ UND KLASSIK Studio Live Sessions. Every evening from 10th to 25th August 2020, soloists and ensembles from Liechtenstein's jazz and classics musical scene will play in front of an audience in the large recording room of the LITTLE BIG BEAT STUDIOS in Eschen.
This fortnightly concert series could only be brought to life in such a short time thanks to the uncomplicated and generous support of patrons and sponsors: Liechtenstein Cultural Foundation, Neue Bank AG,

The first song called Boat of Souls
Artists were amongst the first to feel the financial setbacks caused by the pandemic. The best course of action was to mobilize them and combine their creative efforts in composing a song.
27 musicians from all over the world contributed to what started out with a drum groove, guitar chords and a melody.
What makes this even more special is the fact that all music was recorded at home, using everything from smart phones to basic recording equipment. Material was sent in with a video and
put together in the studio by Little Konzett.
This act of togetherness has proven to be unbelievably inspiring and left us with a wonderful piece of music.
