About the artist

Lovro Peretić regularly performs in various chamber music groups, including a duo with violinist Katarina Kutnar and the guitar trio Evocación. As a soloist, he has performed with the Croatian Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra, Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra and Zagreb Soloists, among others. Lovro was awarded the prize of the Dean and Rector of the University of Zagreb.

He is a laureate of numerous international competitions, winning among others the 11th international ligita guitar competition in 2022. The talented Croatian artist will collect his first prize at ligita 2023 in the form of a Studio Live Session at Little Big Beat Studios in Eschen. With the professional sound and image recording of the highest quality, ligita hopes to provide significant support for its burgeoning career.
